This issue presents the results of theoretical and empirical research on current problems of Ukrainian society. The attention is drawn to the practices of personality’s post-traumatic life-designing, and to the socio-psychological support for victims of the war conflict. There are offered strategies for working with internally displaced persons, veterans, and their families. The issues of communicative risks and re-adaptation are highlighted. The problems of stigmatized minorities and disability are outlined. There are also analyzed the phenomena of civic competence, nihilism, and narcissism. It is discussed a wide range of issues regarding the personal development of youth, regarding the education and upbringing in social and political dimensions.
